Papanasam Tamil Movie Super Actor Kamal Hassan is showing outstanding box office response. Papanasam movie is estimated about Rs.26 Crore (approx.)in 4days. However, 5th Box Office Collection is expected about 3 crore (aprox.). In chennai collection is Rs.1.34 Crore. 273 shows in chennai 1st week.
"Papanasam" may have got off to a flying start at the chennai box office, but the movie has failed to beat the record of Ajith's starrer "Yennai Arindhaal" and Vikram's "I".'Papanasam'will remain in theatres for long as it has won the hearts of the family audience. However 'papanasam' could not surpass the business done by "Ajith's" "Yennai Arindhaal" and Vikram Starrer "I" earned 2.17 Crore for four day and Rs.3.83 Crore in five day weekend.
Tamil Film "Papanasam" has done fantastic collection and has topped the business chart in Malaysia.
